What exists today

Everything on this site resolves to something you can run, read, or test. Here is what exists today, and what happens next.

StatusWhat is in it today
Demonstrated in software, on invented dataThe nine-stage engine in the Dispatch application, running on a simulated market; the three seat demos — the CFO’s record, the desk across long-term, financial, and short-term contracts, and project requests and budgets; the published model and its frontier grid, where about a third of the plausible input range returns don’t do this
Integrated with a customer’s systemsNothing yet. Billing-export ingestion, contract extraction, and job-log ingestion are specified in the product requirements document and not yet built
Delivered by hand in the first engagementsContract extraction and confirmation, the first reconciliation, supplier qualification, the baseline agreement, and the quote round — by the founder, from templates, until the schemas prove reusable
Customer-testedNothing yet. We have not reconciled a paid decision to an invoice, and we will say so until we have
PlannedTerm contracts, risk, financial contracts, performance management, and settlement, each offered when the layer before it has earned it

Every page on this site that says something is built means one of those five, and the method and the arithmetic behind each stage are written down with their sources. Where you require it, the record runs inside your own tenancy, control plane only, with deletion terms in the engagement; nothing we do can sign, pay, or place a purchase.

What comes next

Design partners first. The first few get the back-cast free in exchange for permission to publish the anonymized result, because the one thing this business cannot buy is a real result somebody else can check. We have not yet reconciled a paid decision to an invoice, and we will say so until we have. Then a delivery lead, a contract and billing data engineer, SOC 2 Type II, code escrow, a full export of the record, and a wind-up runbook — in that order, and each named rather than assumed. We do not hold capacity, resell, or take money from any seller, so the suppliers you have already qualified are the network.

How we treat a number

Every figure on this site is one of four things, and is labeled as one: a model estimate on assumed inputs; a historical estimate from a back-cast, where the alternatives are unobserved; a cited third-party figure with its date and its caveat; or a reconciled actual, which is an invoice matched to a baseline written before the decision. Only the last is a saving. The open model is the arithmetic authority; where a page and the model disagree, the model is right, and the grid is published whole rather than as a single make-or-break number.

Founder

Alan Cordova. Fifteen years in energy across wholesale power markets, project development, energy storage, and clean energy finance, at NRG and Clearway, Fluence, EDP Renewables, and ArchGreen Infrastructure, with strategy work at BCG. The desks and the back offices this site describes are the ones he worked beside: the dispatch, scheduling, procurement, and contract-administration functions that every load-serving utility and every large industrial runs because the spend made somebody own the decision and the contracts made somebody own the exposure.

The first hire is either a delivery lead who can onboard a buyer end to end without the founder, by month six, named in every engagement letter as the founder’s cover, or the engineer who owns the engine; both are needed before month six, and whichever is not hired is contracted. Contract and billing data engineering, GPU performance engineering, and enterprise security delivery are named gaps, covered by part-time specialists until repeat demand justifies the roles.
