Novation has no signed supplier agreements, and that is deliberate rather than a gap. The suppliers you have qualified are the network. We do not resell, hold capacity, or bring supply, because a referral from a supplier is a fee from a supplier by another name.
What we do bring is the work of qualifying them: contract terms, including whether their terms let a desk order on your behalf; security posture; hardware and interconnect, whatever the silicon; the export-control screen on the counterparty and on where the hardware sits; and — offered by nobody else we can find — the supplier’s financial standing. Specialist-cloud credit stress is live, prepayments run 15–25% of contract value on CoreWeave’s own disclosed averages, and unless your contract secures it that prepayment is unsecured credit from you to them. A buyer whose work sits at a supplier that fails mid-run bears that loss. We never sign as principal, so the record shows which counterparty you are taking, and how much of your money it holds, before the placement, not after.
The classes we price: the hyperscalers, the first-tier specialist clouds, the second-tier specialists, the marketplaces, decentralized capacity, and any hardware you own yourself.
